Profile - Sultana Kimti Bsc [Hons] MBA

Sultana has been with the Northeast Fire and Rescue Services for 2years. Her career to date has included working for the Public sector NHS as a clinician and senior manager, the voluntary sector [children North east], the Private sector [Barclays Bank] and the Regional development agency [One North East]. Sultana has also run her own business with her sister [an exclusive Boutique]. She is chair of the Northeast Equalities network and regional representative for:
NWFS [Networking women in the Fire service]
PPMA [Equality and Diversity group]

Sultana is the Regional Equality and Diversity Policy Advisor for the Northeast Fire and Rescue Services and is based with Tyne and Wear Fire and rescue service in Washington.

Sultana has been an active supporter of AFSAs aspirations in promoting the fire and Rescue services as an employer of choice and actively promoting the fire safety messages to the diverse communities it works with.
